- You are responsible for protecting your personal, emotional, and financial safety.
- You must use independent judgment before communicating or meeting anyone.
- You must not rely on TetapHalal as a guarantee of user character, honesty, or intent.
5. User Conduct
Users must behave respectfully and lawfully at all times.
- No harassment, abuse, threats, hate speech, or intimidation.
- No explicit, inappropriate, or immoral content.
- No fake profiles, impersonation, catfishing, or misleading identity claims.
- No spam, scams, fraud, or commercial solicitation.
- No request for money, gifts, loans, investment, dowry transfers, or financial assistance.
6. Financial Dealings Between Users
Financial dealings between users are strictly discouraged and outside TetapHalal’s responsibility.
Never send money, gifts, loans, financial help, bank details, card details, crypto, or sensitive
financial information to another user. TetapHalal is not liable for financial loss, scams,
fraud, chargebacks, or private arrangements between users.
7. Offline Meetings & Safety
TetapHalal does not supervise, monitor, approve, chaperone, or control offline meetings.
- All offline meetings happen voluntarily and at your own risk.
- Users should meet safely, in appropriate public settings, and with trusted guidance when needed.
- TetapHalal is not liable for harm, abuse, harassment, criminal activity, misconduct, or emotional distress.
- Users waive claims against TetapHalal relating to offline interactions.
8. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
Paid features, packages, and subscriptions may be offered through TetapHalal.
- Payments are processed through independent third-party payment providers.
- TetapHalal does not store full card or banking details.
- Pricing, discounts, and package benefits may change at any time.
- Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy.

12. No Background Checks or Verification Guarantee

marital status verification, family verification, religious verification, or identity verification.
Any badge, feature, report tool, profile field, or user-submitted claim should not be treated
as a guarantee of safety, honesty, eligibility, or marriage intent.

- User behavior online or offline.
- Failed relationships, emotional harm, or marriage outcomes.
- Fraud, scams, impersonation, catfishing, or financial loss.
